Bacon Wrapped Pork Tenderloin

I made this recipe in the crockpot this weekend and Kris loved it! He ate it for dinner the evening I made it and then for breakfast ad lunch the next day. It's super easy and delicious. A definite must-try!

Take a pork tenderloin and wrap it with bacon.

Mix the following marinade together:

3/4 c. of soy sauce
3/4 c. of white sugar
1 tsp. of vinegar
2 cloves of garlic (I used a heaping tablespoon of minced garlic)
1 small onion, diced
black pepper to taste

Dump the marinade over the top of the bacon-wrapped pork tenderloin. Let marinate for 3-4 hours (I left mine overnight.)

Cook in the slow cooker on low for 6-8 hours.

Enjoy!
