Family Pictures 2013

We got our family pictures taken about a week ago and I was so excited to receive them back! I love this picture of my 2 guys together. We have never gotten a REALLY good photo of the 2 of them together, so this was top priority.

Liam is normally the most photogenic child  ever, but he was not feeling it on picture day. We didn't get as many good ones of him as I was hoping.

The photographer got this one "on the go," but it turned out good nonetheless.

Kale cooperated fairly nicely. He looks like such a big boy here! Can't believe that he is halfway to four--that age seems so old to me!

I love those baby blues!

This one is my favorite family picture.

My favorite picture of all times! I will truly treasure this picture. Once I get it framed, I don't think I will ever take it down.

Love this one too... so many good ones!

If only Liam had his tongue in his mouth...

Such a sweet picture!

This one is hilarious too! It's as if Liam is saying, "Gross!"

I tried to get a picture of the 2 boys with their animals, but none of the ones we took turned out too well. You can barely see Bear and Monkey in this picture. (I know, creative names, huh?)

We didn't get a picture of the two of us last year, so that was on my list for this year.

A recreation of last year's picture, except the boys were too big to lift as high.

Halloween 2013

We had a super fun Halloween this year! Kale and Liam were very excited to dress up as Mike and Sully from their favorite movie, Monsters Inc. They pretended to be monsters for the picture!

First thing in the morning, we got dressed up and went to a local nursing home with our MOPs group. The residents loved seeing the boys. Liam was super friendly and would hug the residents and play with them. Kale was terrified and pretty much just held onto my leg the whole time.

We went next door to see Kale's friend, Walker, who was visiting his grandparents. Walker dressed as Woody, another favorite of ours!

The three boys hit the street together to get candy! They were gung ho at first, but tired very quickly.

We went up and down 2 streets and by the end of the second street, Kale said, "No more candy, mom." He was exhausted. Dad got a workout on the way home pulling the wagon full of boys.

Once home, we ate some of our loot and watched the Curious George Halloween special. Fun times!
